Refund Policy
We strongly advise you to get travel insurance for your vacation to other countries in case of flight delays or cancellations. In the event that a flight is delayed because of bad weather, technical issues, or another natural calamity, the company does not assume any duty or responsibility. There won't be any last-minute hotel stay reimbursements if your flights are delayed. If we need to make a change, you will be liable for any additional expenses associated with the reservation, although we will try our best to accommodate your request. Generally speaking, visitors won't receive any reimbursements.
If your trip changes: We will forward your request to the relevant supplier if you want to alter your itinerary after our agreement is finalized. We will try our best to accommodate your demands, but we cannot promise that we will be able to do so. If a change is possible, we won't bill extra for expenses incurred by one of our suppliers, such as those associated with cancelled sectors.
In the event that you decide to cancel your trip, we must be notified in writing via email if you need to cancel all or a portion of your reservation after we have confirmed it. We must provide you with a written confirmation that we received your cancellation notification via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, which you must save as proof. Payments will be made as soon as your email is received. This is predicated on the information about the cancellation/payment cost provided below. Charges are based on a percentage of the entire invoice amount, which does not include any changes or money paid in excess of the booking deposit or before the remaining balance is due. Generally speaking, we won't give customers a refund if a journey isn't finished. We will, however, pass on any refunds we get from hotels or principals for services that were not used to you, less any administrative costs. Depending on the specifics of your policy, you might be able to recoup cancellation fees if you have travel insurance.
The original booking passenger or passengers must use their own applicable amount(s) and the tour cannot be transferred from one passenger (in whose name it is issued) to another.
Unused services and changes or cancellations made by you after travel has started: If you ask us to make changes to your plans after your trip has started, we will try our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee doing so. In the event that your travel plans change, you will be responsible for the cancellation fees that apply to the services you originally reserved as well as the cost of making the new arrangements.
Cancellation of Luxury Train Tours: The Railway Authorities' cancellation policy or that of the relevant department, business, or airline will apply to luxury train tours, river cruises, package airfares, etc.
If your journey is altered: Our vacations are planned months in advance. Before and after bookings are confirmed, we occasionally need to make changes to itineraries, hotels, and other information. We make every effort to avoid cancellations and adjustments, but we retain the right to do so. For a variety of reasons, hotels and airlines may be overbooked and contractual obligations may be broken. Your travel schedule will be adjusted to suit this procedure, and we will substitute lodgings of comparable ratings. This happens fewer than 0.1% of the time for our hotel reservations. Technical concerns and weather-related complications do occur from time to time. Only in cases where you have not fulfilled your obligations under these booking conditions (such as timely payment) or in the event of "force majeure" as described in this contract will we terminate your confirmed reservation after the balance payment deadline. We won't cancel for any other reason beyond this deadline. We'll do everything in our power to keep the schedule you booked. In the event that unanticipated events force us to alter the schedule, we will provide you the option of receiving equal compensation or reimbursement for any relevant costs in accordance with our contractor's agreement with you.
Cancellation Fees
